Yaocheng is dedicated to creating a next-generation clinical research SaaS platform that leverages cloud computing, big data, and AI to enable efficient trial design, data management, and operations in life sciences research. The platform ensures consistency in clinical data, enhances trial design and execution efficiency, controls cost, and accelerates the commercialization of innovative drugs and medical devices. The company raised over 100 million RMB and tens of millions of dollars in A and A+ rounds in 2021 and 2022, respectively.
Before joining Yaocheng, Sharon worked for Google for 15 years, where she held various positions, including software engineer at Google's headquarters, Engineering Site Lead of Google Shanghai, and general manager of Verily China (a start-up focused on life sciences under Alphabet Inc., Google's parent company). Sharon received her bachelor's degree in automatic control from Shanghai Jiaotong University and her master's degree in computer science from Texas A&M University in the United States.

3. Familiarity with cutting-edge research in natural language processing, extensive research experience, and preferred experience in training and applying large-scale language models.

5. Familiarity with at least one machine learning framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
6. Strong innovation spirit and scientific research capabilities, good information search, literature reading, and algorithm implementation skills.
7. Strong documentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and management.
